Isaac Kontorovsky
Mr. Kontorovsky is an accomplished professional with experience on numerous public and private projects throughout California. During the course of his professional career, Isaac has been personally involved in the Civil Engineering & Construction Industry scaling from small renovations to the design of a vast spectrum of challenging developments with focus on large academic, civic and commercial projects.
As a strong advocate of sustainable and environmentally responsible design, his holistic approach is characterized for the implementation of green technologies and sustainable practices consistent with today’s ecological needs. While introducing green initiatives in several LEED certified projects, Mr. Kontorovsky has been able to creatively provide solutions combining integrity and aesthetics with respect for the project’s schedule, budget, and efficient construction procedures.
Isaac’s large list of designed and supervised multi-phase land development and infrastructure projects, expertise in ADA standards for accessible design, DSA requirements, and his thorough knowledge on project entitlements and interaction with public officials is a tremendous asset to any design and construction team. His rational approach to project management and direct involvement exemplify his commitment to diversity in design, which translates onto quality assurance and fast problem solving during the construction administration phase.
