David Luzuriaga, P.E., LEED AP

 
Mr. Luzuriaga has worked on over 600 projects throughout his career. His experience with various site conditions ranges from hillside to flat tidal sites involving severe settlement issues. He has provided site design for single family residences to 60 acre office parks. Mr. Luzuriaga’s civil engineering expertise includes a background in geotechnical engineering. While employed at Treadwell & Rollo in San Francisco, he field inspected and designed a wide range of difficult foundation systems. He also brings a unique perspective from the public sector; His five years of service on the City of Burlingame planning commission, including the chairmanship his final year in office, along with his current appointment by Governor Schwarzenegger to the Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

Isaac Kontorovsky

Mr. Kontorovsky is an accomplished professional with experience on numerous public and private projects throughout California. During the course of his professional career, Isaac has been personally involved in the Civil Engineering & Construction Industry scaling from small renovations to the design of a vast spectrum of challenging developments with focus on large academic, civic and commercial projects.  As a strong advocate of sustainable and environmentally responsible design, his holistic approach is characterized for the implementation of green technologies and sustainable practices consistent with today’s ecological needs.
