Another Quarter of Growth
|

We are pleased to share with you the first edition of our newsletter, highlighting our recent activities and accomplishments. This year, we have hit an important milestone with over 10 years of successful service to our Southern and Northern California clientele. It has been another quarter of vibrant growth in which LTI continues hiring staff, crossing financial targets, and expanding our business horizons.
Halfway through the third quarter of the year, LTI more than ever maintains an optimistic outlook. We are still building our extensive portfolio almost entirely from referrals, as our clients recognize our level of experience, knowledge and dedication. We are grateful for your support and encouragement, and we deeply thank you for being our advocates.

2008 marks the celebration of 10 years of dedicated service to you, our valued clients. The strong foundation this company was built upon through 10 years of working and learning together is a direct result of the tremendous support received from our clients, and the marvelous labor from our extremely committed staff who strives to provide nothing less than an "exceptional" service.
Though our reputation and standing in this industry continues to grow exponentially, we extend our thanks to all of the individuals who have supported LTI and invite you to join us in celebrating our first 10 years. More details to come.

2007 Fastest Growing Firms of Orange County

As part of the achievements from this last year, the Orange County Business Journal proudly announced the list of 100 Fast Growing Private Companies for 2007. LTI placed among the "Top 100" companies who made the list as revealed on the special report compiled by the OCBJ editorial department. See the list here.

LEED Platinum Projects
|
|
In times when the built environment has a profound impact on our natural environment, economy, health and productivity, LTI has expanded it's involvement with LEED certified projects. Two of our projects are currently seeking Platinum Certification, a rare environmental credential given by the U.S. Green Building Council based on the total number of points earned within each LEED category. Twenty-one projects across California have been awarded Platinum LEED status out of eighty-eight Platinum LEED projects in the country.

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger
announced the appointment of David Luzuriaga to the "California Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors" With David attending his first board meeting in August of 2008.
The Mission of the Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors is to safeguard the life, health, property, and welfare of the public by regulating the practice of professional engineering and land surveying. The Board will have a major role in ensuring that Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors provide the highest quality professional services.
